- Every case is made to order for your phone model. Need to change your model, design or address? Email us as soon as possible, before your order ships.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Busy seasons and carrier delays can add a few days.
- International orders may take additional days to clear customs. Any import duties or taxes are paid by the recipient.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email us with your order number and a photo and we will replace or refund it.

Personalization
- Step 1 – Phone Model: choose your brand, then pick your exact model from the list. Cases are made to fit one model only, so please recheck carefully before adding to cart.
- Step 2 – Phone Case: tap the design you like. The large photo switches to show it, and its name (for example OP131) appears in your cart.
- Not sure which model you have? On iPhone go to Settings › General › About. On Android go to Settings › About phone.
- Can't find your phone? Choose Other Phone and we will email you to confirm before making your case.
